- Vote Passed (277-148, 8 Not Voting) The House gave final approval to this bill extending the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts that were due to expire at the end of 2010 for another two years. The bill also extends unemployment benefits for 13 months. The president signed the bill into law later in the day. Rep. Ander Crenshaw voted YES
