- Vote Passed (335-91, 6 Not Voting) The House passed this continuing resolution funding government operations through March 18, 2011. Passage of the CR gives lawmakers time to work out a long-term solution to the 2011 fiscal year budget. The president signed it into law the next day. Rep. Ander Crenshaw voted YES
