- Vote Rejected (47-53) The Senate rejected this enrollment correction resolution that would have blocked funding for the implementation of the health care law in the 2011 fiscal year spending bill. The House adopted the resolution. Both chambers had to pass the resolution for it to be included in the final spending bill. Sen. Bill Nelson voted NO Sen. Marco Rubio voted YES
