And now Mayor John Peyton is doing more than ever before, contractually, to make sure the RV's and the game stay in Jacksonville.
"We've had a lot of competition from other cities wanting this game so I think this contract with the arrangements we worked out is the best deal for the taxpayers," says Peyton. Among other incentives, Peyton is now offering to give each university $50,000 to help with expenses and the city will pay for air travel for the Georgia players directly to and from Jacksonville.
