UNF was on the list in 2007 and 2009, but dropped off last year. The Princeton Review praised its access to merit-based and need-based financial aid for students and the school's smaller classroom settings in putting it back on the list.
The cost of tuition is below the national average, the Review said, and students typically graduate with about $15,000 in debt. They also noted the school's efforts to embrace military veterans, the recent upgrade to Division I athletics and required internships as draws for students.
