Main Street Improvements have Businsses Waiting for More Traffic

Businesses along Main Street in Springfield are seeing more vehicles, but the new road hasn't increased foot traffic into their stores.

Earlier this year, the city of Jacksonville wrapped up a $14 million dollar street-widening project that also involved replacing aging infrastructure.
